The Fiscal Committee is responsible for the oversight of all financial matters of the program and corporation. Areas of focus include:
- Review and monitoring of the corporation’s financial statements and budget
- Review and monitoring of the Behavioral Health Managed Care Organization's (BH-MCO) medical liability account
- Review and monitoring of the HealthChoices program’s overall solvency
- Review and monitoring of the BH-MCO’s monthly financial statements and six month administrative budget reports
