The Capital Area Behavioral Health Collaborative is pleased to make available its archive of Continuous Quality Improvement Annual Reports for your review. Each Annual Report highlights the accomplishments of our organization, including information regarding the performance of the Community Behavioral HealthCare Network of Pennsylvania (CBHNP) in meeting established standards and program requirements.

These Annual Reports demonstrate the effectiveness of the ongoing partnership between CABHC, the Counties, and CBHNP in providing cost effective, accessible, and quality treatment services to our Members.
