News & Info - Provider Surveys

Annually, CABHC surveys the providers throughout the Territory in order to learn about providers’ satisfaction with their relationship with our HealthChoices BH-MCO, Community Behavioral HealthCare Network of Pennsylvania, Inc. (CBHNP). The feedback provided through these surveys enables CABHC to monitor and manage the effectiveness of CBHNP’s interaction with the provider network.
