The Capital Area Behavioral Health Collaborative is proud to publish its Continuous Quality Improvement Plan (CQIP). The CQIP is published on a yearly basis, and consists of the priority objectives, methodologies, and continuous improvement strategies that are utilized as guiding principles for performing HealthChoices program oversight and management responsibilities.

CABHC’s Continuous Quality Improvement Plan provides a systemic, organized approach to the monitoring, analysis and improvement of the HealthChoices Behavioral Health Program, including Member care and stakeholder satisfaction.

The plans clearly illustrate the vision of quality assurance and the manner in which CABHC and the Counties intend to improve and unify the public behavioral healthcare system in our Territory. At the end of each year the Continuous Quality Improvement Annual Report will share the results of the monitoring tasks outlined in the CQI Plan as well as an analysis of our progress in improving the program. The Continuous Quality Improvement Annual Reports can be seen by clicking this link: CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT ANNUAL REPORTS.

We welcome all comments on these Annual Plans. Please send your feedback to Scott Suhring at ssuhring@cabhc.org.
