Provider Surveys

Providers throughout the CABHC Counties are surveyed annually to assess their satisfaction with our HealthChoices BH-MCO, PerformCare. The feedback provided through these surveys enables CABHC to monitor and manage the effectiveness of PerformCare’s interaction with the provider network.

In addition to the CABHC 2022 annual provider survey, PerformCare conducted a joint survey of providers serving the both the Capital and Franklin/Fulton territories. Both the PerformCare joint survey, and a comparison of survey results from CABHC and PerformCare, are presented here.
