Fiscal Committee
The Fiscal Committee is responsible for the oversight of all financial matters of the program and corporation. Areas of focus include:
- review and monitoring of the corporation’s financial statements and budget.
- review and monitoring of PerformCare’s medical liability account.
- review and monitoring of the HealthChoices program’s overall solvency.
- review and monitoring of PerformCare’s monthly financial statements and six month administrative budget reports.
